Business Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team and help translate business needs into clear, practical, and effective solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, product managers, developers, and other teams to understand business challenges, define requirements, improve processes, and support the successful delivery of projects.

What You'll Do

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.

• Meet with stakeholders to understand their goals, challenges, and expectations.

• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.

• Create user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and quality assurance teams.

• Support project planning, testing, implementation, and delivery activities.

• Analyze data and prepare reports, dashboards, and recommendations.

• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.

• Monitor project progress and communicate risks, issues, and updates.

• Support user acceptance testing and verify that delivered solutions meet business requirements.

• Maintain accurate project and business documentation.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

• At least five years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

• Strong understanding of business analysis methods and requirement-management practices.

• Experience creating business requirements, user stories, process diagrams, and functional specifications.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or other project-management methodologies.

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Professional certification such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or a related qualification.

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Power BI, or Tableau.

• Familiarity with SQL and data-analysis techniques.

• Experience with process modeling and BPMN.

• Knowledge of software-development lifecycles.

• Experience working with APIs, databases, or enterprise systems.

• Familiarity with customer relationship management or enterprise resource planning platforms.

• Experience mentoring junior analysts or leading requirement-gathering activities.
